Fees:

Counselling (face to face or online) - 1 hour £55

Shamanic energy healing (face to face or telephone) - 1.5 hours £70

I reserve some spaces for clients who may not be in a position to pay the full amount. We can discuss this if you contact me.

Counselling

Life can be hard, messy and painful. You may feel overwhelmed, confused or stuck; perhaps you want some kind of change. Sometimes we know what is making life difficult and sometimes we don’t know. You may feel stuck or uncertain in a situation or relationship. You may have experienced trauma. Life is constant change, and we all experience loss and grief, which can be painful and difficult to navigate. Or perhaps you feel like you do not belong or yearn for something more, something different…

We can struggle with life for all sorts of reasons. It can help to talk to someone who listens and wants to hear and see you; who accepts you as you are. I will support you and offer a warm, non judgemental and confidential space to explore what brings you to counselling.

Sometimes it can be helpful to work creatively. This is not about being creative or creating art; it it about using ways other than words to express ourselves. Working creatively can help us to become aware of things in ourselves. If I think an activity or technique may be helpful, I will explain and offer it to you and it will always be by invitation.

Shamanic healing

I offer shamanic healing sessions. These can include illuminations, energy extractions, soul retrieval and other shamanic tools and processes that may be helpful to let go of old stories, clear energetic blockages and to create space for something new and more vibrant in your life.

Shamanic energy healing can help with emotional, physical and spiritual issues. I am happy to respond to any questions you may have by email or on the phone.
